How to Shop

Shopping on our e-shop is easy and intuitive. Just select the products that interest you, add them to your cart, and follow the simple steps to complete your order. Shipping CR

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • PPL: The price is 115 CZK. Payment can be made by bank transfer, online card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash on delivery for an additional 30 CZK.
  • Zásilkovna Z point: The price is 79 CZK for packages up to 5 kg and 160 CZK for packages from 5 to 10 kg. Payment can be made by bank transfer, online card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash on delivery for an additional 30 CZK.
  • Zásilkovna Z domů: The price is 119 CZK for packages up to 5 kg and 160 CZK for packages from 5 to 10 kg. Payment can be made by bank transfer, online card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash on delivery for an additional 30 CZK.

Prices

Our prices are competitive and reflect the high quality of our products. We regularly offer discounts and special promotions, so it pays to follow our website and social media to not miss any great deals.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location:

Products that are in stock are delivered within 7 working days (CR).

Items marked as "on request" are ordered and delivered within 1 to 2 months after arrangement.

Claims and Returns

1. Returns

If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return procedure:

- The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Fill out the withdrawal form (download here: Return Form).
- Send the goods to: Coffee Culture, Českobratrská 114/22a, Ostrava 70200. Alternatively, to the Zásilkovna drop-off point Vestibul Interiér, Nádražní 42, Ostrava 70200.
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund your money within 10 days to the bank account provided in the withdrawal form.

2. Claims

If the goods are defective or have been damaged, you may make a claim in accordance with the law.

Claim procedure:

- Fill out the claim form (download here: Claim Form).
- Attach proof of purchase.
- Send the goods to: Coffee Culture, Českobratrská 114/22a, Ostrava 70200. Alternatively, to the Zásilkovna drop-off point Vestibul Interiér, Nádražní 42, Ostrava 70200.
- We will process your claim within 30 days at the latest and inform you of the next steps.
