Nová Osmička x Coffee Culture

The first Coffee Culture spot was created where you probably wouldn’t expect to find a café.

Right in the middle of a former industrial complex. Surrounded by the brick walls of an old textile mill, steel structures, and an open space that’s coming back to life through culture, people, and new energy. That’s exactly where the very first Coffee Culture “café” was born. Not a traditional café with table service and dozens of seats, but a coffee spot inside a container — perfectly capturing everything we love about Coffee Culture: authenticity, atmosphere, specialty coffee, and fresh high-quality pastries.

Nová Osmička has an incredible genius loci. The raw industrial space of the former spinning mill is being given a new life, and we’re incredibly happy to be part of it. These are exactly the kinds of places that inspire us. Places with history, character, and a community of people who want to create something new together.

The whole spot came together quite spontaneously. We built many things with our own hands, and a lot of decisions were made on the go. But maybe that’s exactly why the space feels so natural. Nothing is sterile. Nothing is “just for show.” Just good coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place you’ll want to come back to.

At the bar, you’ll find our current coffees for espresso and filter, simple signature drinks, and gradually also small bites to eat. In the morning for people on their way to work, and in the afternoon for those who want to sit down for a moment and slow things down.

We truly love seeing people discover a place where, just a few years ago, nobody would have expected specialty coffee. Coffee Culture has never been just about coffee. It’s about the places, the people, and the atmosphere around it. Thank you to everyone who has found their way to us.
