✨ 100% natural dark Demerara cane sugar 3500–4500 ICLUMSA has a pleasant honey‑caramel aroma and flavor. It is made from fresh cane juice, which then crystallizes into sugar. Cane sugar does not undergo chemical refining and retains a small amount of molasses, which gives it its dark color.
Dark Demerara cane sugar is a source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, zinc, enzymes, and vitamins A, B, and C.
